Timeline overview
1) Friendly discovery call (15 mins)
We chat about goals, audience, budget, and platform fit (Wix, Squarespace, or Create). If it’s a match, we set a start date and I send a simple proposal.
How payments work
40% deposit to start
40% at first preview
20% at launch
Payment plans available for larger projects. Platform subscriptions are separate and paid to the provider.

2) Content & brand gathering
I share easy templates for your words and images. Prefer help? I can format or source stock photos as an add‑on.
You provide: Copy & photos (or I help)
3) Design & build
I customise a lovely template on your chosen platform, set typography & colours, and build the pages agreed in your package.
Deliverable: First preview link
4) Review & revisions
You share feedback. We make changes based on your included revision rounds (Mini: 1; Essential/Shop: 2). Extra edits available if needed.
Deliverable: Final preview link
5) Launch prep
Connect domain & SSL, set SEO basics (titles, descriptions, alts), hook up analytics, and run a pre‑launch checklist.
Deliverable: Launch checklist ✓
6) Handover & training
Live walkthrough so you can edit text, images, and products yourself. I give you a simple “how to” note you can keep.

7) Aftercare
You’ll have a 14-day support period for any necessary fixes — for example, if a form isn’t working, a page won’t load, or a link is broken.
After that, you can either remove my access from your site (I’ll show you how), or choose to continue with an optional Care Plan.
Option: Care Plan:
Ongoing monthly maintenance including tidy-ups, small edits, and light SEO checks.
You can also request one-off updates or changes at any time.
